Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that are obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc if listed on the site. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• In case the cleint feels that the product received is not as shown on the site , the client must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

REFUND POLICY
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our refund policy a 30-day money-back guarantee. We provide astrology services and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. IF you are not satisfied with the services you can get the clarification from us and if still not satisfied then we would refund you the amount paid for the service.
Goods sent through courier have a limited refund policy. The charges of the courier would not be refunded and product’s cost would be refunded on receiving the good in its original form from you. Refunds are processed within 21 days period. Tax component in any order will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy–
Astropatri delivers digital products. The Consultation services of the astrologers are either delivered through an Email, Or through My Account section of the site.

The Clients can also chat and call the astrologers which are telecom products. Physical delivery of products is not involved in any orders. Once we start physical delivery of products we will detail out the shipping rules along with each product.
