The February month starts on a very auspicious note as Magh Purnima is on 1st February itself. The month offers important planetary transits or days of spiritual significance one after another.

The month sees Venus moving out of almost 75 days of combustion. The planet of love rightfully gets over combustion in the month of love! Venus moves to Aquarius on 6th February 2026.

Mars remains exalted but combust – a fairly weird planetary situation. It moves to Aquarius on February 23rd but does not rise from combustion till May 1. A little bit of ticklish situation for Mars led zodiac signs – Aries and Scorpio.

Mercury moves to Aquarius on Feb 3 and rises from combustion on February 5. It turns retrograde in Aquarius on Feb 26th.

Sun, the almighty king also moves to Aquarius on February 13th. One must remember that Aquarius is hosting Rahu for most of 2026.

The month of February 2026 sees two unusual and rare planetary events. Solar eclipse occurs on 17th February 2026. The last wek of February sees a planetary combination known as Stellium occuring in Aquarius sign. Stellium is when 3 or more planets get together in one sign. It is like a cosmic pile-up. Mars and Rahu together make for Angarak yoga – considered not auspicious.
